We continued to head further along the south coast of France and came upon Aix-en-Provence. It was a little university town not far from Marseille, so called ‘the city of a thousand fountains’. We took a walk down the main street, which was separated by a row of trees, on one side the old town, and on the other the new. It was a lovely little gem, we didn’t stay too late, but you could feel that the night life would be very busy being a uni town. We stayed in a campsite there for the night and re charged, the next day we would head to Saint Tropez.
